Ne'matov logged one save but conceded three goals during Uzbekistan's 3-1 loss Saturday against DR Congo.
Analysis: Once again, Uzbekistan selected Me'matov over Utkir Yusupov in goal. Unfortunately for the former, he logged more goals conceded than saves one more time. Uzbekistan's defense suffered a second-half collapse, featuring goals by Yoane Wissa (two) and Fiston Mayele (one). For the World Cup, Ne'matov stopped five shots but allowed eight, accumulating a 38.5 save percentage that leaves much to be desired.
